SHIPPING & RETURNS<\/p>\n

1. PROCESSING TIME<\/p>\n

Each EPSIGON sculpture is carefully prepared, finished and securely packaged before shipping.<\/p>\n

Standard orders are generally processed within up to 10 business days, unless a different processing time is stated on the individual Product page.<\/p>\n

Custom and made-to-order sculptures require additional production time and may take up to 4 weeks to complete.<\/p>\n

The estimated production time for a custom order will be communicated to the Customer before production begins.<\/p>\n


2. SHIPPING<\/p>\n

All orders are shipped from Poland.<\/p>\n

Available shipping methods may include:<\/p>\n

– Standard tracked shipping
– Express shipping, where available
– Other delivery methods offered during checkout<\/p>\n

Available shipping methods and shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.<\/p>\n

Delivery times depend on the destination country, selected shipping method and carrier.<\/p>\n

Any delivery times displayed by the Store are estimates and are not guaranteed where delays are caused by circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control.<\/p>\n


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING<\/p>\n

Woodcarved Tales accepts international orders.<\/p>\n

Orders may be shipped to countries where delivery is available during checkout.<\/p>\n

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.<\/p>\n

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n

The Seller has no control over the amount of customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.<\/p>\n

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any information necessary for customs clearance.<\/p>\n


4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS<\/p>\n

Customs regulations differ between countries.<\/p>\n

The Customer is responsible for checking whether the ordered Product may legally be imported into their country.<\/p>\n

The Seller cannot guarantee that customs authorities in the destination country will not impose additional charges or restrictions.<\/p>\n

Delays caused by customs inspections, customs procedures, import restrictions or other actions of authorities are outside the Seller’s control.<\/p>\n


5. DAMAGED PACKAGES<\/p>\n

The Seller takes care to package Products appropriately for international transportation.<\/p>\n

If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, the Customer should, where reasonably possible:<\/p>\n

– photograph the package before opening it,
– photograph any visible damage,
– retain the packaging,
– report the damage to the carrier where appropriate.<\/p>\n

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS<\/p>\n

If a Product arrives damaged, defective or different from the Product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Please provide:<\/p>\n

– order number,
– description of the problem,
– photographs of the Product,
– photographs of the packaging where relevant,
– photographs of the shipping label where relevant.<\/p>\n

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.<\/p>\n

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.<\/p>\n


7. RETURNS \u2013 STANDARD PRODUCTS<\/p>\n

For standard Products purchased online, eligible Consumers in the European Union generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and statutory exceptions.<\/p>\n

The Customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product unless applicable law provides otherwise.<\/p>\n

Returned Products should be adequately protected against damage during transportation.<\/p>\n

Where permitted by applicable law, the Customer may be responsible for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n


8. CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products made according to the Customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised for the Customer where applicable consumer law provides for this exception.<\/p>\n

This may include:<\/p>\n

– custom-made sculptures,
– sculptures made according to Customer-provided photographs or references,
– individually designed sculptures,
– Products made in a specific size requested by the Customer,
– Products with personalised inscriptions,
– individually modified Products,
– other Products created according to the Customer’s personal specifications.<\/p>\n

This exclusion does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming Products.<\/p>\n


9. RETURN PROCEDURE<\/p>\n

If a return is legally permitted, please contact us before sending the Product back.<\/p>\n

Returns should be sent only to the return address provided by the Seller.<\/p>\n

The Seller recommends using tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage.<\/p>\n


10. REFUNDS<\/p>\n

Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.<\/p>\n

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed with the Customer or required by applicable law.<\/p>\n

Where applicable, the refund will include the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment.<\/p>\n

Any additional cost resulting from the Customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option may not be refundable where permitted by law.<\/p>\n

Where permitted by applicable law, the Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Product has been received or until the Customer provides evidence that the Product has been returned.<\/p>\n


11. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS<\/p>\n

Customers returning Products from outside Poland are responsible for preparing the return shipment in accordance with applicable postal and customs requirements.<\/p>\n

The Customer should provide accurate customs information for the return shipment.<\/p>\n

Additional customs duties, taxes or fees resulting from an incorrectly declared return shipment may be charged to the Customer where applicable.<\/p>\n

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international carriers.<\/p>\n


12. COMPLAINTS<\/p>\n

Complaints concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming Products should be sent to:<\/p>\n

Please include the order number, description of the issue and photographs where possible.<\/p>\n

Complaints will be handled in accordance with the statutory rights applicable to the Customer.<\/p>\n

14. STATUTORY RIGHTS<\/p>\n

Nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.<\/p>\n

Where the law of the Customer’s country provides mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n
