At EPSIGON, each sculpture is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade, small variations in colour, texture, shape and wood grain are natural characteristics of the artwork and should not be considered defects.

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Please include your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

2. Returning your order

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the item should be returned within 14 days.

Returned items should be:

• Carefully packaged
• Returned in their original condition
• Protected against damage during transport

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for valuable items.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4. Custom and personalised orders

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made specifically to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised products.

This includes, for example:

• Custom-made sculptures
• Personalised designs
• Special commissions created specifically for an individual customer

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include photographs of the item and packaging where possible. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

6. Handmade nature of our products

EPSIGON sculptures are handmade from natural materials. Variations in:

• Wood grain
• Colour
• Texture
• Small marks or natural imperfections
• Shape and proportions

may occur and are part of the unique character of each piece.

The EU’s standard online-purchase withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receiving goods, with exceptions including genuinely personalised or made-to-order products. Consumers can generally be responsible for return postage when informed in advance.
