EPSIGON offers handmade sculptures and artistic objects.

Because our products are handmade and often created using natural materials, each piece may contain variations in:

• Surface details

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on individual screen settings.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of:

Purchasing a sculpture does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork.

8. Handmade products

Customers acknowledge that handmade artworks may contain small differences and natural imperfections.

These characteristics contribute to the individuality of each sculpture and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPSIGON shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or purchased products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
